2026 NGLA Group Awards Applications

During the 2026 NGLA Annual Conference, the Northeast Greek Leadership Association will recognize chapters, councils, communities, and individuals for their outstanding accomplishments in 2025. These organizations and individuals, through their programs, initiatives, and commitment to the fraternal movement, help to advance the mission of NGLA.

Applications will open on Monday, November 17, 2025, and are due Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 11:59pm ET. Attendance at the 2026 NGLA Annual Conference is not required to apply or be a recipient.

NGLA Impact Awards

The NGLA Impact Awards celebrate the accomplishments of our chapters, councils, and communities in six areas. Recipients of these awards have excelled in a particular area and have created a program or initiative that has had a positive impact.

Only one application may be submitted per award, and incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be considered.

NGLA Impact Awards are given in the following categories:

Recognizes a chapter, council, or community for programs and initiatives that foster scholastic achievement.

Recognizes a chapter, council, or community for their positive and impactful work related to civic engagement. Those who receive this award are recognized for creative programming, events, and fundraising opportunities that allow their community members to truly make a difference.

Recognizes a chapter, council, or community for continuing to progress the fraternal movement through recruitment and intake of new members. Those who receive this award are recognized in the areas of management and growth for effectively integrating their values throughout their recruitment and intake processes and serving as an example to their peers.

Recognizes a chapter, council, or community for their positive and impactful work that celebrates the diverse nature of our campuses, organizations, and communities.

Recognizes a chapter, council, or community that addresses the public image of Greek Life and continues to foster positive relationships between Greek Life and the campus and town communities.

Recognizes a chapter, council, or community for programming focused on responsible decision-making and holding one another accountable.

Amy Vojta Leadership Development Award

This award recognizes a chapter, council, or community for its positive, impactful work in development and leadership. Those recognized have demonstrated the importance of a shared vision and of a community that fosters everyone’s ability to reach their highest leadership potential.

Nominations are limited to three (3) letters of support per nominee.

Josette Kaufman Award

This award honors the positive impact chapters, councils, and communities have had in the health and wellness areas, including, but not limited to, women’s and men’s health issues, sexual assault, cyber-bullying, and/or mental health education and prevention.

Nominations are limited to three (3) letters of support per nominee.
