Common Questions

Participants have a choice of over 100 educational programs! A detailed schedule will be published in early February. After Whova access is granted to registered attendees in early February, participants may create a personal schedule on that platform.

Only individuals registered for the NGLA Annual Conference are eligible to participate in conference programming.

Conference programming and the NGLA hotel room block are at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza.

NGLA is committed to broadening access to education and development for our community, especially during a time of financial hardship for many. The registration fee will be set in early May.

Yes, all presenters are required to register for the NGLA Annual Conference.

NGLA will continue our Quantity Discount – For every ten student registrations, one registration to the same experience will be provided to a professional from the campus or inter/national organization. Limit of four complimentary registrations.

Yes, applications for scholarships opens in late fall.

Please share your dietary or other requests when entering attendee information during registration. Accommodation requests must be made in early February.

Registration includes lunch on Friday as well as lunch and dinner on Saturday.

  • Attendees are responsible for dinner on Thursday and Friday, as well as breakfast from Friday through Sunday.
  • We encourage you to make a reservation for your group at a local restaurant.
  • Dine-in and grab-and-go breakfast is available for purchase on the Lobby Level of the hotel.

Conference programming and the NGLA hotel room block are at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza. Rooms will be available for $189/night.

The Hilton Boston Park Plaza is located at 50 Park Plaza, Boston, MA. Located in the heart of downtown Boston, the Hilton Boston Park Plaza offers unmatched access to the city’s most iconic attractions, including Boston Common, the Public Garden, and the historic Freedom Trail. Guests are perfectly positioned to explore vibrant neighborhoods like Back Bay and Beacon Hill, with world-class dining, shopping, and cultural experiences just steps from the hotel. The nearest transportation centers are:

  • Airport: Boston Logan Airport (4.5 Miles)
  • Train: Amtrak Back Bay Station (0.5 Miles), Amtrak South Station (0.9 Miles)
  • Valet parking, if available, is $70 USD per night. Oversized vehicle rates are assessed based on vehicle size. Please note that valet availability is not guaranteed and is first-come-first serve.
  • Self-parking options are available within walking distance for a fee.

Conference attire is casual. Participants are encouraged to wear apparel that represents their chapter, council, or campus. Business or “pin” attire is encouraged for the Saturday Closing Program.

During the 2026 NGLA Annual Conference, the Northeast Greek Leadership Association Awards will recognize chapters, councils, communities, and individuals for their outstanding accomplishments in 2025. These organizations and individuals, through their programs, initiatives, and commitment to the fraternal movement, help to advance the mission of NGLA. Applications open from November 17, 2025 and close on  January 21, 2026. Learn more about the NGLA Awards and apply here.

Yes, a quiet study room is available:

  • Thursday from 8:00 PM – Midnight
  • Friday from 8:00 PM – Midnight
  • Saturday from 10:00 PM – Midnight
