Aimee Wardle's Bio

Aimee serves as the Assistant Director for Student Life: Fraternity and Sorority Life at The College of New Jersey. She has been volunteering with NGLA since 2020 to support several areas, including special programs, awards, and student staff. Aimee earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and her Master of Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Dr. Alexandra Smith's Bio

Dr. Alexandra B. Smith is an accomplished transformational leader with a robust background in fraternity and sorority life, organizational leadership, and student development. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Lehigh University, Dr. Smith collaborates with senior leadership to establish strategic goals, supervises staff, and oversees critical educational initiatives, including the Accreditation process, Greek Emerging Leaders (GEM), and C.L.I.M.B. (Creating Leaders Invested in Mentorship and Belonging) Mentor Program.

Her professional journey began after earning a Bachelor of General Studies with a focus in music therapy from the University of Dayton in 2014. She furthered her education with a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership – Higher Education/Student Affairs and a Certificate in Academic Advising from Eastern Michigan University in 2017, followed by a Certificate in Nonprofit and Community Leadership in 2019. Dr. Smith completed her Doctor of Education in Leadership for Organizations in 2022, becoming a part of the inaugural cohort at the University of Dayton.

Dr. Smith’s extensive experience includes her role as Director of Programming and Learning at PX Project, Inc., where she developed innovative programming and significantly increased community partnerships. At the University of Dayton, she made substantial contributions as Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, spearheading initiatives like the iL.E.A.D. Alliance, which focused on social justice education. Notably, in the fall of 2021, along with students, she led the effort to establish the NPHC Legacy Terrace recognizing the National Pan-Hellenic Council at the University of Dayton, making it the first non-HBCU in the state of Ohio.

A dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Dr. Smith has consistently demonstrated her commitment to fostering a sense of community and promoting student success through her roles in higher education and community service. She is currently the Fundraising Chair for the Pearls of Steel, Official Interest Group of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. serving the Northampton County of Pennsylvania. She has presented her research on diversity and inclusion at numerous national conferences, further solidifying her reputation as a thought leader in the field.

Dr. Smith’s passion for student and organizational success, combined with her expertise in strategic planning, public speaking, and community relations, make her a dynamic force in the realm of fraternity and sorority life.

Allison Ball

Allison Ball's Bio

Allison came home to Alpha Delta Pi at the University of Pittsburgh and has been an advocate for the sorority experience ever since. After working as a Chapter Support Coordinator for Alpha Delta Pi, she moved into the world of education as the program coordinator for Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority, where she manages the organization’s conferences, events and educational initiatives. She is a graduate student working towards her master’s degree in education in learning, leadership and organization development with the University of Georgia. In her free time she volunteers with her local community theater and teaches performance classes to elementary school students.

Alyssa Mohr's Bio

Alyssa Mohr, M.A. currently serves as the Coordinator of Fraternity/Sorority Life and Leadership at Kettering University where she advises 26 chapters within the College Panhellenic Council and Interfraternity Council and co-advises 3 chapters within the city-wide National Pan-Hellenic Council. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Alma College in 2019 and her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University in 2021. Alyssa is a proud member of Alpha Gamma Delta, and believes that fraternity and sorority life has the power to change the trajectory of not only our own lives, but the lives of those around us. She is a proud cat-mom to Lex, and enjoys reading, baking, cross-stitching, and watching Chicago Fire.

Alyssa Paskie's Bio

Alyssa earned her bachelors in Public Health from the University of Rochester and currently works at Kappa Delta Headquarters as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant. She first attended NGLA in 2022 and has volunteered for the organization ever since including being on Student Staff, the educational programming selection committee, delegation outreach committee, and scholarship committee. Alyssa is looking forward to another year of volunteering for this impactful organization!

Anna Baldasarre

Anna Baldasarre's Bio

Anna is the Associate Director of Annual Giving Marketing at Franklin & Marshall College. She previously worked in student affairs for eight years. Anna began volunteering with NGLA in 2017 and has supported educational programs, student staff, and communications. She is a member of Alpha Delta Pi and holds a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and master’s degree from Penn State University.

Anthony Smith

Anthony Smith's Bio

Tony Smith, a lifelong learner, hails from the Chicagoland area. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Bradley University and continued his educational journey at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater for graduate school. With 15 years of work experience, including over a decade in leadership roles, Tony is deeply committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

His impact extends beyond the professional realm. As a facilitator for the Multicultural Leadership Program for the 2023 and 2024 cohorts, he fosters dialogue and understanding across diverse communities. Tony remains active with his fraternity, Theta Chi, nurturing connections and camaraderie.

Moreover, he serves as a commissioner on the steering committee for the Joint Commission for Justice and Racial Equity (JCJRE) in Peoria City and County. Tony is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Anthony Reid

Anthony Reid's Bio

Anthony Reid works at Quinnipiac University at the Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!!) and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration.

Anthony has volunteered as the 2024 Student Staff Assistant Chair for NGLA. He is an active member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., and serves on the executive board of his local graduate National Pan-Hellenic Council chapter.

In his free time, Anthony enjoys engaging in activities that allow him to express his creativity. He is passionate about art, drawing, graphic design, cooking, and traveling

Ashley Kirk-Christman

Ashley Kirk-Christman's Bio

Dr. Ashley Kirk-Christman (she/her/hers) serves as the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Development at the University of Connecticut. She holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, where her dissertation examined the racial identity development of Black men in predominantly White fraternities. Additionally, Ashley earned a Master of Education from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ashland University.

A proud member of Alpha Delta Pi, Ashley currently serves the sorority as an international officer with the position of Panhellenic Relations Director, working with large panhellenic officers from large chapters in the Northern Districts. Additionally, Ashley currently serves as the Chair of the Graduate Student Experiences committee for the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors and as NPC Area Advisor for four schools in New York and New Hampshire.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, traveling with her Husband, Nate, and taking her two dogs, Carols and Cedric, on lots of outdoor adventures.

Brandon Mayer

Brandon Mayer's Bio

Brandon joins us from Johns Hopkins University as the Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life. As a proud brother of the Delta Chi Fraternity, Brandon has an extensive background in assisting IFC and NPC student leaders, as well as student staff supervision. Brandon hold a B.A. in History from Penn State, an M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from IUP, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. In Education and Human Development with a research focus in Fraternity and Sorority Life from George Mason University. Aside from FSL, Brandon enjoys spending his limited spare time watching movies and traveling.

Brookelynn Sullivan

Brookelynn Sullivan's

Brookelynn Sullivan is a Research Analyst and Program Manager for the Customer Management Practice, focusing on the Customer Contact Week conference series. In her current role, Brookelynn is responsible for the production of meaningful content centered around the end-to-end customer experience, emerging technology, and contact center operations to help bring consumer insights to life through cutting-edge market research and program development.

Brookelynn is a graduate from The College of New Jersey where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She is an alumna of Theta Phi Alpha’s Beta Beta chapter and served as a member of the NGLA Student Staff during her time as an undergraduate. She attributes much of her chosen career trajectory & success to her participation in NGLA and TCNJ Greek Life, and is thrilled to be volunteering with NGLA once again! In her free time, Brookelynn enjoys spending time with her family, trying out new coffee shops across New Jersey, and listening to Taylor Swift & Bleachers.

Cam is a first-year graduate student at Indiana University pursuing her master’s in higher education and student affairs. She is a graduate assistant for the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life. She served two years on the volunteer team as a Student Staff member. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business from Montclair State University in Spring of 2023. Outside of NGLA, she enjoys reading and playing tennis!

Casey is currently serving as the Vice President- Learning & Development Manager for Early Careers at BNP Paribas. She has held several volunteer roles for NGLA including Educational Programming Chair, Education Programming Assistant Chair, Coordinator for Lectorials on R.A.C.E., and has served as a member of the Awards, Special Programming, and Educational Programming Committees. Casey holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. She is also a founding member of the Iota Omega chapter of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority.

Claudio Josuel Alejo's Bio

Claudio Josuel Alejo is a dynamic higher education professional from Jersey City, New Jersey of Afro-Latine descent. His focus includes the fraternity and sorority life, residence life, the first year student experience, first-generation college student experience being a first-generation college graduate, TRiO Scholar himself. Claudio Josuel is driven by the opportunity to educate, elevate and empower his students and colleagues through his pop culture programming and narrative storytelling. He uses his authentic leadership approach to connect with students and help them navigate their journey.

Claudio Josuel holds a MA in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from Montclair State University and BA in History from New Jersey City University. A Young, Strong and Proud brother of Psi Sigma Phi Multicultural Fraternity, Inc, initiated in Spring 2013 at the Baronet Beta chapter at NJCU, Claudio Josuel has held multiple positions from the undergraduate collegiate level, to regional and national. An Alum from the Ibrahim Leadership and Dialogue Middle East program, Claudio Josuel is a world traveler who has interacted with a broad spectrum of national leaders, grassroots activists, and social and economic entrepreneurs. He is a TedX speaker and an author of two memoirs on the Dominican and Puerto Rican diaspora. Claudio Josuel currently serves as the Assistant Director for First Generation Initiatives at Montclair State University.

Drew comes to the NGLA team with nearly a decade of professional experience working with fraternities and sororities. Currently the Head of Growth for CrowdChange, Drew works to help fraternal organizations make a larger positive impact on their communities. Drew is a national and local volunteer for several fraternal organizations, but is most proud of volunteering his time on the Local School Council for Monroe Elementary School in Chicago.

Elizabeth Foley is a sophisticated marketing research consultant, assisting clients in understanding the story within and the implications of research findings. She is expert in conducting membership assessments and marketing/branding evaluations, focusing on practical application of results.

She applies her skills to non-for-profit organizations (membership associations, mission-based organizations), government and civic agencies, and colleges and universities. Liz’s 30-year career has been dedicated to helping organizations manage change, using research results to pinpoint areas of success and those in need of improvement, which are often nuanced. Clients and partners look to her to guide them through the research process, provide accurate answers, and deliver timely, actionable insights.

Enrique Rosado is one of the Assistant Directors of Fraternity & Sorority Life at Lehigh University. He previously attended Villanova University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Master’s degree in Education with a Concentration in Higher Education. While at Villanova, he chartered the Pángǔ Chapter of Lambda Sigma Upsilon Latino Fraternity, Inc. This is his first year volunteering and he’s very excited to help!

My name is Gabriella Grigsby, and this is my first year as a NGLA volunteer. I am currently in my second year of my graduate program at Salisbury University in Maryland, pursing a degree in Higher Education Leadership. I am an alum of the Zeta Psi chapter of Delta Gamma and I also served several years of my university’s Panhellenic Executive Council. Currently, I serve as a graduate assistant in Fraternity & Sorority Life at Salisbury University. I am thrilled to take on this volunteer position and build my connections with other NGLA volunteers as well as those attending the conference!

Jake is a higher education professional originally from Argyle, TX. In his professional career, he has had the opportunity to work in fraternity and sorority life at the University of Texas at Arlington, Texas Christian University, Phi Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Lindenwood Univeristy, and now resides as the Associate Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Lafayette College. He is an affiliated member of Phi Kappa Sigma. In addition to his professional career, he dedicates time volunteering for the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values, Delta Gamma, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Phi Kappa Sigma, and the NGLA. He was the NGLA 2024 Awards Chair. In his spare time, he likes to take roadtrips and travel, try new cuisines, and spend time with his friends and family.

Jose Garcia's Bio

Jose initially joined the University of Connecticut campus back in 2020 to start his Master’s degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs and to support the work of the Center for Fraternity & Sorority Development. After graduating in 2022, he was hired in that same department and has been the coordinator in the Center since then. Jose has volunteered for AFA and serves as a chapter advisor for Theta Chi fraternity which he is also a member of.

Jose is originally from Los Angeles but has enjoyed the nature and the scenery of the Northeast. On his time off, he enjoys a good road trip and visiting family in New York. Although, far from home, Jose reminds himself of his home state by having Mexican and Korean food whenever he can.

I am currently one of the Assistant Directors of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Lehigh University housed in our Office of Student Involvement. I started at Lehigh in 2022 and I specifically advise our Panhellenic Council and a mix of fraternities and sororities across our Panhellenic, Interfraternity and Cultural Greek Councils. I graduated from Bloomsburg University with my Master’s in Educational Leadership and College Student Affairs in 2022 and I graduated from Kutztown University in 2018 with my Bachelor’s in Secondary Education. I currently live in the Lehigh Valley with my cat and I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, trying new restaurants, and going on walks or hikes.

Katharine Murphy joined Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of Connecticut. Immediately following graduation in 2010, she began working for Theta as a traveling consultant. She has been on staff ever since, currently serving as the director of collegiate services. Katharine got her MPA from Indiana University in Indianapolis and is a certified association executive. She lives outside of Boston, MA with her Fiji husband, two human babies and one fur baby. She volunteers for a variety of organizations including the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors and NGLA. During her time working in the fraternal industry, Katharine has visited over 100 college campuses!

Laura is in year four of volunteering with NGLA and is grateful for the variety of experiences it has brought her. Professionally she is the Assistant Director for Student Engagement (Leadership Development) at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, MD, but also holds a multitude of volunteer roles within her affiliation of Delta Zeta. In her free time, she can be found attending an Orioles game, visiting family in eastern PA, or playing with her new puppy. Laura is looking forward to another year of NGLA in the city she calls home!

Lennon Jackson's Bio

Lennon N. Jackson, M.Ed., MSW currently serves as the Chief of Operations for the Division of Student Affairs in the Office of the Vice President at Howard University in Washington DC. She is a versatile and dedicated student affairs professional with more than 25 years’ experience working in Student Activities, Greek Affairs, Student Leadership Development, Organizational Management and Evaluation, Advising, Diversity, Intersectionality & Multicultural Affairs.

She has worked at Howard University, Cornell University, University of Delaware, South Dakota State University, Montclair State University in New Jersey, Phillips School in Laurel, MD and the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency, Re-Entry and Sanctions Center in Washington, DC.

Her roles have included serving as Dean of Student Life and Activities, Director of Student Activities, Assistant Dean of Students for Chapter Operations, Assistant Dean of Students for Multicultural Affairs, Multicultural Greek Council Advisor, Events and Conference Services Coordinator, Residence Hall Manager, Program Assistant for Multicultural Affairs, and Coordinator of the Each One Reach One Mentorship program.

In addition to her professional roles, she has served as a volunteer alumnae advisor to Panhellenic, IFC, MGC and NPHC organizations, served on several policy, community and homeowner’s association boards, the Northeast Greek Leadership Association Board of Directors, the Interpersonal Violence Prevention Program Advisory Board and Women As Change Agents at Howard.

Leo Rose

Leo currently works as an HIV Navigator at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York. Leo first volunteered with NGLA as a Student Staff Member for the 2024 NGLA Annual Conference. Leo earned their Bachelors Degree in Psychology with Minors in Women’s Studies and LGBTQ+ Studies. Leo will be attending Stony Brook University in the Fall to complete their Master’s Degree.

Lexi Kane is a Program Administrator for Fraternity & Sorority Life at New York University. In this role, she works with both the Panhellenic and Multicultural Greek Councils and creates leadership development programming. She is a proud member of Phi Sigma Sigma and serves as a Chapter Key Advisor for Adelphi University’s chapter. She has previously served on the NGLA Educational Programming Selection Committee. Lexi is also a member of AFA and currently serves on the Essentials editorial team. She enjoys serving as a role model for students in the community and helping them blend their career goals with the opportunities that fraternity and sorority life offers. Lexi has a Masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Art in Drama. In her free time, she loves reading, seeing Broadway shows, and drinking a good cup of coffee.

Lexie Elliott

Lexie Elliott's Bio

Lexie is a champion of the fraternal exeprience and believes that NGLA can provide transformative experiences for fraternity and sorority leaders and professionals. She has been a long time NGLA volunteer supporting the Scholarship Committee, the Awards Committee, the Case Study Competition, and even presenting and facilitating sessions at the annual conference. Lexie has been a fraternity and sorority life professional for over ten years, and in March of 2022 she accepted a position as the Assistant Director of First-Year Orientation and Family Engagement at Carnegie Mellon University. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating programming and communications to support, educate, and engage family members. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Westminster College (PA) and a Master of Arts in student affairs in higher education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Lexie is a national collegiate officer for her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, and serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit drug and substance prevention program called Reality Tour. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, participating in a book club, and traveling.

Lindsay Wolf

Lindsay attended West Chester University, where she studied communication and joined Phi Mu. She then went on to earn her master’s of education in higher education administration with a dual concentration in leadership and student development. She is the currently the Associate Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at Drexel University and former NGLA Student Staff Chair. She believes in the importance of associations, like NGLA, educating to advance fraternity and sorority for the future. In her free time, she enjoys baking, playing with her dog Finn and volunteering her time with Phi Mu.

When I am not busy with academic pursuits, I am collaborating on a documentary about code-switching, going to a concert, or indulging in spontaneous travel.

Mariah Porter

Mariah Porter's Bio

Mariah Porter (she/her) is a new professional in the field of higher education and student affairs. Currently, she serves as a Residence Director at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. In her work, she focuses on holistic supervision, identifying and challenging areas of systemic marginalization, and laughter.

Mariah received a Master of Science degree in Higher Education Policy and Student Affairs from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in May of 2024. She also holds a B.S in Psychology from Bridgewater State University. Her lived and collegiate experiences led to the creation of her capstone, “Students Leading Administrators to Your Success (SLAYS): Shifting University Culture through Student-Administrator Partnership”. She hopes to expand upon the concern presented in the capstone and her research in a doctoral program.

When she is not running a residence hall, Mariah enjoys spending time with her cat Toast, watching reality tv, reading, making memories with her friends, and listening to music.

Lastly, she finds it extremely important to include fun facts, because she’s very unserious and doesn’t like to talk in this “profesh” tone.

I find a lot of inspiration from the Cars movie trilogy. I love Harry Styles, brunch, and bad jokes. Public speaking is my biggest fear, but i’ve won an award for public speaking.

Dr. Mat Greer earned his bachelor’s in Psychology and Education from Stockton University, followed by a Master’s in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University. He completed his Doctorate in Higher Education at Temple University, focusing on sexual violence perception among IFC members. With 8 years in fraternity and sorority life, he brings extensive expertise to the field. Mat has been attending, volunteering, and presenting at NGLA since 2016. Mat is still an avid Pokémon Go player!

Meg is an alumnae of The College of New Jersey, and is currently second-year graduate student at Rutgers University studying College Student Affairs. There, she serves as the Graduate Intern for Student Orientation and Transition Programs. After attending NGLA for the first time in 2021, Meg knew she this was an organization she was eager to give back to. She went on to volunteer on the student staff team in 2023, and served as Student Staff Captain in 2024. Now, as a member of the conference committee, Meg is excited to volunteer for a third year and celebrate this incredible organization’s 25th anniversary!

Hi friends! I am Melissa and I am a current senior at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) majoring in Special Education. I serve as my colleges current Panhellenic President and I am an active member of Sigma Kappa. I was first introduced to NGLA my sophomore year where I attended and fell in love with the people and atmosphere of the conference. This experience, had me hooked and I knew I would love to go back. I then did student staff for the 2024 conference and loved every second of it and then applied for more volunteer roles for the 2025 conference. I am so excited to be volunteering for NGLA again and can’t wait to see all the amazing things to come in Baltimore 2025!

Nick Amster is excited to be returning to NGLA and serving as a member of the Scholarship Committee for the 2nd year. He has been volunteering for NGLA since 2017 and has served as Student Staff, Assistant Awards Chair, Awards Chair, and Virtual Programming Coordinator in addition to serving in other capacities such as a member of the Late Night Programming Committee, the Delegation Outreach & Support Committee, and supporting Order of Omega. Outside of NGLA, Nick currently works for the New York City Public School System as a Middle School Spanish & ENL Teacher as well as managing student activities such as NJHS and Senior Activities. As a K12 educator, he currently serves as the Newsletter Editor & Webmaster for Long Island Language Teachers, Inc. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, seeing Broadway shows, trying new cooking recipes, and always looking for a good book recommendation or series to binge on Netflix.

Paul Ferrante's Bio

Paul attended Lycoming College for his Bachelor’s in Corporate Communication and then earned his Master’s in Communication Arts and M.S. in School Counseling from New York Institute of Technology. He is a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and is part of Order of Omega Leadership Honor Society. Paul serves as the Director of the Center for Student Leadership and Involvement at the State University of Old Westbury (SUNY Old Westbury). Prior, he served an Assistant Director overseeing Fraternity and Sorority Life at New York Institute of Technology and Hofstra University. Outside of Higher Education, Paul serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for PocketRA, a web-based application supporting Residence Life. Paul has volunteered for NGLA for a few years through Scholarship Committee and most recently Registration.

During his free time, he is an active member of the Long Island Gay Men’s Chorus, an active viewer of RuPaul’s Drag Race, and serves as Executive Vice President for LICSPA. He is also pursuing his doctorate in Educational Leadership but has taken a break for traveling and reading ACOTAR.

Rose Faber currently works at the Nassau Library System as an Administrative Assistant in Youth Services. She is also pursuing her MS in Information and Library Science from the University at Buffalo. Rose has a MA in Higher Education Administration and a MS in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University (SBU). While at SBU she worked in the office of Student Engagement and Activities and oversaw clubs and organizations, including fraternities and sororities. She became active in NGLA at this time and has served on the Awards Committee as a Judge ever since. Outside of work Rose teaches Zumba and POUND fitness class and loves to read.

Sixto Arias' Bio

Sixto serves as the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Stony Brook University. He has been volunteering with NGLA since 2019 supporting several areas of the NGLA Annual Conference including special programs, virtual programming, student staff, and conference operations. Sixto earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from CUNY Queens College and his master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University.

Stephen Hopson's Bio

Stephen comes to WCU from Fort Hays State University, where he served as the Coordinator of Student Engagement, primarily working with fraternity and sorority life as well as student affairs assessment projects. Stephen completed his undergraduate work at Rider University in 2016 and a Master’s of Science in Higher Education Administration from New England College in 2017. Stephen is originally from New Jersey and a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and supporting New York sports teams.

Sydney Damiani's Bio

Sydney Damiani is an eager campus based professional who has a love for advising fraternal organizations! She previously attended Kennesaw State University, where she was a Gamma Phi Beta, and attended The University of Alabama as a graduate student for Higher Education Administration. Currently, she is enrolled in an online doctoral program at the University of Southern Mississippi. In her full time role, she works in Campus Residences at Stony Brook University and supports the larger SBU Greek community and assists in advising the Panhellenic Council.

Taylor Ritzert started her journey within Fraternity and Sorority Life at Hofstra University in the spring of 2016 when she became a member of Delta Phi Epsilon. Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations in 2019 and a Master of Arts in Higher Education in 2022. Taylor now works as the Program Specialist for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Villanova University. Specializing in student events, peer education, and affinity spaces within FSL, Taylor hopes to foster the leadership experiences, feeling of belonging and community for the students she serves.
