What is the 2025 NGLA Annual Conference Schedule?

The high-level schedule is available now and a detailed schedule is available by January. Participants may also create a personal schedule via the Whova platform.

What programs are offered at the 2024 NGLA Annual Conference?

Participants have a choice of 100+ hours of programming!

How much is registration and how do I register?

NGLA is committed to broadening the accessibility to education and development for our community, especially during a time of financial hardship for many. We are proud to offer high-value registration rates! Registration for member campuses is $355 per attendee and the non-member rate is $430 per attendee. Registration will open on Monday, October 7, 2024 and close Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

Are there discounts available?

In addition to value-packed registration rates, NGLA will continue our Quantity Discount – For every ten student registrations, one registration to the same experience will be provided to a professional from the campus or inter/national organization. Limit of four complimentary registrations.

Are there scholarships available?

Yes, applications for scholarships are open until January 15, 2025.

Is there an opportunity to volunteer?

Volunteering for NGLA is a great opportunity to learn about conference management, meet fellow fraternity & sorority members, network with higher education and fraternal professionals, and be mentored by a NGLA Board of Directors member. Learn more about available volunteer opportunities.

Are there awards?

During the 2025 NGLA Annual Conference, the Northeast Greek Leadership Association Awards will recognize chapters, councils, communities, and individuals for their outstanding accomplishments in 2024. These organizations and individuals, through their programs, initiatives, and commitment to the fraternal movement, help to advance the mission of NGLA.

What meals are included in registration?

Registration includes lunch on Friday as well as lunch and dinner on Saturday.

What options are available for meals not included in registration?

Attendees are responsible for dinner on Thursday and Friday as well as breakfast from Friday through Sunday.
Dinner on Friday is on your own. We encourage you to make a reservation for your group at a local restaurant.
Breakfast is available on the Lobby Level of the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.

Is there a conference dress code?

Conference attire is casual. Participants are encouraged to wear apparel that represents their chapter, council, or campus. Business or “pin” attire is encouraged for the Saturday Closing Program.

How do I access Whova?

Starting late December 2024, download Whova and find our program guide as “2025 NGLA Annual Conference” to view the program schedule and exhibitor information, connect with other participants, and more!

Access to Whova is granted with a valid registration. A valid registration is considered one with a completed Attendee Information Form and a fully paid registration or proof of check request provided to registration@ngla.org. The email address provided via the Attendee Information Form must match the email address associated with your Whova account.
