The total number of fraternity and sorority chapters affiliated with your institution will determine your annual membership fee.

Registration for the 2025 NGLA Annual Conference is now closed. On-site registration is not available. Below are the 2025 NGLA Registration rates.

Institutions enrolled in the NGLA Membership Program:
Save $75 per person on NGLA Annual Conference registration. The discounted rate is available 2 business days after completing the enrollment form.
Institutions purchasing via CREDIT CARD:
If paying via credit card, you can purchase all NGLA Annual Conference registration tickets for the NGLA Annual Conference via Whova. You will enter your attendee information directly into Whova.
For Institutions purchasing via CHECK:
If you prefer to pay via check, you must email registration@ngla.org to purchase any NGLA Annual Conference registration ticket. Please share the type of registration ticket(s) you’d like to purchase and the corresponding quantity. NGLA will issue a PayPal invoice with instructions on remitting payment via check. You will receive an Attendee Information Form to share who will participate in the NGLA Annual Conference.
Institutions purchasing GROUP (10+) registrations and Eligible for Quantity Discount:
If buying 10+ attendees, regardless of NGLA Membership Program status, for every 10 student registrations, one registration for the same experience will be provided to a professional from the same institution or inter/national organization. The offer is limited to 4 complimentary registrations. To redeem, you must email registration@ngla.org to receive a code to complete the registration via Whova.
Institutions EXCHANGING attendees:
A registration may only be transferred to another person from the same institution or inter/national organization. To exchange an attendee, you must email registration@ngla.org and provide the name and email address of the person no longer attending and those of the person now attending.
Quantity Discount
Register 10 Students, Receive 1 Registration for a Campus-Based Professional
NGLA is continuing our Quantity Discount. For every ten student registrations, one complimentary registration for the same experience will be provided to a professional from the same institution or inter/national organization. This offer is limited to four complimentary registrations.
At check-out, purchase the total number of student registrations then NGLA will provide instructions to redeem your complimentary registration(s).

NGLA simplified the registration process! By February 12, share your attendee information separate from the purchase of registration(s).The attendee information may be entered for yourself or on behalf of an individual attending. This information is used to grant access to the event as well as the electronic program guide (Whova) and plan for dietary and/or accessibility accommodations. *Accommodations submitted after February 1 cannot be guaranteed*
