Board of Directors

Tori Succi is the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Development at the University of Connecticut. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Dance and her Master’s degree in Higher Education and Leadership Policy from Hofstra University. She is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Student Affairs Administration and Leadership at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Tori joined the NGLA Board of Directors in 2023 and is passionate about advancing the fraternal experience in the Northeast and beyond. She is also a proud member and volunteer of Phi Sigma Sigma
Chairman

Melissa Kish currently serves as the Executive Director for Sigma Delta Tau Sorority. Prior to joining Sigma Delta Tau, Melissa served as Chief Operating Officer for Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity where she oversaw all day to day operations for the organization. She also spent time as Director of Education and Leadership Development for the North American Interfraternity Conference. In this role, she oversaw all aspects of programming for college and universities including fan favorite UIFI. Rounding out her professional portfolio, Melissa has experience at a campus level, having served as the Associate Director, Leadership & Inclusion and Fraternity & Sorority Life at Indiana University (IU). During her time at IU, she created the Hoosier Leadership Program, directed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs for student organizations, and oversaw the fraternity/sorority community of 75 chapters and more than 8,200 students. Melissa began her professional career in Campus Recreation at the University of Alabama. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and one in Sport Administration from Ball State University and Master of Arts in Sport Administration also at Ball State. Melissa joined the NGLA board in 2025.Melissa is always ready with the perfect book recommendation or recipe- and will always update you on her sourdough starter- Doughlores.
Assistant Chairman

Tommy Severin serves as the Alumnae Engagement Manager at Gamma Phi Beta International Headquarters, where he manages the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for the organization’s volunteers. He is currently an Ed.D. student at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and holds degrees from Binghamton University, Hunter College, and Iona University. While at Iona, Tommy became a member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Tommy joined the Board of Directors in 2024 with NGLA’s conference committee since 2021 and has worked on the technology and registration teams. In addition to volunteering with NGLA, he serves on Pi Kappa Phi’s Individual and Chapter Conduct Committee and is an Area Advisor with the National Panhellenic Conference.
Treasurer

Avery Moses Avery Moses serves as the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at Quinnipiac University. Avery is a proud member of Pi Beta Phi and has been an NGLA volunteer since 2016. Avery joined the Board of Directors in 2022 and also serves as the Personnel Chair for the Association. Avery earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Spanish from the University of Connecticut and Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University.
