During the NGLA Annual Conference, participants can choose from 100+ hours of programming including Keynote Addresses and more programming for students as well as professionals.

Common Questions

Participants have a choice of 100+ hours of programming! The high-level schedule is available now, and a detailed schedule is published in mid-January. After Whova access is granted to registered attendees in late January, participants may create a personal schedule on that platform.

Only individuals registered for the 2026 NGLA Annual Conference can participate in conference programming.

Conference programming and the NGLA hotel room block are at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown.

NGLA is committed to broadening the accessibility to education and development for our community, especially during a time of financial hardship for many. ! Registration is $385 per attendee. Registration will open on Monday, November 17, 2025 and close Monday, February 16, 2026.

Yes, all presenters are required to register for the 2025 NGLA Annual Conference.

NGLA is thrilled to offer a $150 registration rate for Graduate Students! In addition to value-packed registration rates, NGLA will continue our Quantity Discount – For every ten student registrations, one registration to the same experience will be provided to a professional from the campus or inter/national organization. Limit of four complimentary registrations.

Yes, applications for scholarships are open from Monday, November 17, 2025 through Monday, January 12, 2026. Learn more about available scholarships and apply here.

Please share your dietary or other requests when entering attendee information during registration. Accommodation requests must be made by February 1.

Registration includes lunch on Friday as well as lunch and dinner on Saturday.

  • Attendees are responsible for dinner on Thursday and Friday as well as breakfast from Friday through Sunday.
  • We encourage you to make a reservation for your group at a local restaurant.
  • Dine-in and grab-and-go breakfast is available for purchase on the Lobby Level of the hotel.

The Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown is located at 600 Commonwealth Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh's "Golden Triangle." This prime location is where the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio Rivers converge, offering guests scenic views and convenient access to the city's attractions. The nearest transportation centers are:

  • Airport: Pittsburgh International Airport, 18.7 miles
  • Train: Pittsburgh Union Station (1100 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222), 1.2 Miles
  • Valet parking, if available, is $43 USD per night. Oversized vehicle rates are assessed based on vehicle size. Please note that valet availability is not guaranteed and is first-come-first serve.
  • Self-parking options are available within walking distance for a fee.

Conference attire is casual. Participants are encouraged to wear apparel that represents their chapter, council, or campus. Business or "pin" attire is encouraged for the Saturday Closing Program.

Access to Whova is granted with a valid registration. A valid registration is considered one with a completed Attendee Information Form and a fully paid registration or proof of check request provided to registration@ngla.org. The email address provided via the Attendee Information Form must match the email address associated with your Whova account.

During the 2026 NGLA Annual Conference, the Northeast Greek Leadership Association Awards will recognize chapters, councils, communities, and individuals for their outstanding accomplishments in 2025. These organizations and individuals, through their programs, initiatives, and commitment to the fraternal movement, help to advance the mission of NGLA. Yes, a quiet study room is available:

  • Thursday from 8:00pm-midnight
  • Friday from 8:00pm-midnight
  • Saturday from 9:30pm-midnight
