Annual Conference
Staff Applications
Each year the Northeast Greek Leadership Association extends an invitation to both undergraduate and graduate students
to apply for a position as a member of the Conference Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for those that have interests in
continued involvement in the fraternity and sorority community, a career in higher education or fraternity and sorority affairs,
event planning, or would like to attend the conference but lack the resources. It has been an enjoyable and enriching
experience for those that have previously served on Conference Staff, as you can read for yourself.
“Serving on the NGLA Conference staff was one of the highlights of my college experience.
The challenges, experiences, and perspective that NGLA gave me prepared me well for
my future career ambitions and also shed light on new opportunities I hadn’t considered.
It also provides a chance for networking while serving the regional Greek community.”
Ray Lutzky, Member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity (NGLA Conference Staff 2001, 2002, and 2003)
Associate Director for Enrollment Management, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
As a member of the Conference Staff you will have unique opportunities to meet and introduce nationally recognized
speakers, gain insight into the behind the scenes operations of a large scale conference, not to mention the networking
opportunities with professionals in career fields you may be interested in pursuing! Don't let this opportunity pass by,
apply now!
