GUESTROOM RESERVATIONS
Guests should dial 860-249-8000 or 1-800-228-9290 on or before January 31st to take advantage of the following NGLA conference rates per room per night:

Double $127
Triple $147
Quad $147
There is a 12% occupancy tax. All reservations will require a credit card guarantee or a 1 night’s deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival.
Reservations received after January 31st will be accepted on a space available basis, at the group rate. Payment is required at the time of departure.
The hotel will send a confirmation of reservations and/or reservation changes to the registered guests within 7 days of receipt of such information.
Guest accommodations are available after 3pm on the day of arrival and are reserved until 12 pm on the date of the guest's departure. The Hartford Marriott Downtown is interconnected to the Connecticut Convention Center and is the newest luxury hotel in Hartford.
The hotel is NON-SMOKING.
