Ginny Carol

The Gift of Greek

Ginny  is the CEO of inGiNuity, a company focused on building personal competence and improving team synergy through skills training, possibilities planning, keynotes and a variety of other learning strategies.  Ginny has spent 25 years in management and consulting and is a frequent trainer and speaker for business professionals, volunteer organizations and student leadership conferences across the country.  inGiNuity focuses its work in the non-profit sector but their client list crosses several others including corporate, government and health services.

Prior to establishing her business in 2001, Ginny spent 15 years in association management, five of those as the Executive Director of Alpha Xi Delta Women’s Fraternity. She has also served on several non-profit boards and uses her diverse expertise to approach organizations from a holistic point of view.

Ginny is a member of the International Alliance for Learning and the World Future Society.  She is also the founder and Chair of the Circle of Sisterhood Foundation whose mission is to uplift women from poverty and oppression through education.

David Stollman

Buy in or Get out

After serving on the staff of the North-American Interfraternity Conference for two years, David continued working with fraternities by speaking on campuses around the country. He has facilitated workshops on over 500 campuses and has also served on the faculty of numerous university and fraternal leadership conventions.

David has been an active volunteer of his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, since 1995 in both national and local roles. Although he still volunteers for Sig Ep in limited ways, he is now focused as a chapter advisor for the Alpha Sigma Tau sorority, yes... Sorority, at New York University.

Having launched CAMPUSPEAK a speakers agency, and HazingPrevention.Org, David continues to support Greek life in his newest business called The Student Union. It is afundraising program allowing chapters to make money, by helping members save money, on their textbooks.

David supports all teams from his alma matter the University of Maryland and Philadelphia. He now lives in New York City with his wife Melissa and new son Ari, and is saving up for fraternity dues in 2028.
